At Designed to Give, every purchase helps animals in need — and that means a big part of your payment goes straight to charity soon after you place your order. Because of this, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Once an order is completed — the donation can’t be “un-given.”  Once purchased, it's in their paws for good! 🐾
